Today I paused, stepped outside, and let my feet sink into the earth. The sun on my skin, toes in the dirt, and a moment to breathe.

When I feel overwhelmed, stressed, or emotional, I come back to the earth.
It’s one of the most simple yet powerful ways to regulate your nervous system.

Grounding (or “earthing”) helps your body:
🌿 Reduce cortisol (your stress hormone)
🌿 Reconnect with natural rhythms
🌿 Calm the mind + lower anxiety
🌿 Balance the nervous system
🌿 Promote sleep and emotional stability

It doesn’t have to be fancy.
Just feet to the ground, breath in your body, and permission to be still.

If you’ve been feeling overstimulated or disconnected lately, try grounding.
Let your body be held by something steady. Let the earth do her work.

Yesterday, I sent this quote to someone:
"No person is 100% healed, because healing isn't linear. We go backwards and forwards and sometimes we're all over the place; but that's the process. Please don't think you need to be 100% healed to deserve love and good things in life, because you absolutely do."

Funny how today, I needed that reminder.

It’s okay to have hard days.
It’s okay to cry.
It’s okay to feel like you’ve made so much progress. And then suddenly feel like you're back at square one.

Yesterday, I was in a training that lit me up. I felt aligned and so grounded in my purpose.
Today? I’m struggling. And honestly… that’s okay too.

Healing isn’t a straight line. There are ups and downs, and both are part of the journey.
Be gentle with yourself. You’re doing better than you think.

If you can relate, this is a reminder: You are not a failure. You are someone who’s been surviving, recovering, and slowly building a more sustainable, peaceful future. That matters. You matter.

I came across this picture of me out on the water and it reminded me just how much I love it and how much I'm looking forward to it soon.

There’s something about being near the water that brings out the fun playful side of me.
The version of me that’s lighter, freer and more present.

My word of the year is playful and this moment reminded me why.
Every time I lean into fun, lightness and new adventures I feel myself expanding.

They say you manifest through joy and I believe it.
When I’m laughing, moving or trying something new, I’m growing, I’m attracting and I’m aligned.

As the days grow warmer and the sun stays out a little longer I’m reminded that growth doesn’t always have to come through constant hard work.
Sometimes the most powerful shifts happen when we’re simply enjoying life.
Play isn’t a distraction.
It’s a return to who we really are.

But that’s not how business works.
It’s ever growing, ever evolving, and it’s the little steps that build something meaningful.

So I asked Lumi to help me remember that progress is still progress, even in baby steps. And this is what she said:
