I came across this picture of me out on the water and it reminded me just how much I love it and how much I'm looking forward to it soon.

There’s something about being near the water that brings out the fun playful side of me.
The version of me that’s lighter, freer and more present.

My word of the year is playful and this moment reminded me why.
Every time I lean into fun, lightness and new adventures I feel myself expanding.

They say you manifest through joy and I believe it.
When I’m laughing, moving or trying something new, I’m growing, I’m attracting and I’m aligned.

As the days grow warmer and the sun stays out a little longer I’m reminded that growth doesn’t always have to come through constant hard work.
Sometimes the most powerful shifts happen when we’re simply enjoying life.
Play isn’t a distraction.
It’s a return to who we really are.
